At Uplift Property Management, we understand that referring your client to a property management company can be stressful. The most important thing is taking care of clients. When you refer one of your clients to us, you won’t have to worry about anything on the property management side of things. We respect all of our industry partners and the relationships created.

We also know that owners may decide to sell their property at some point. If your client decides to sell their property, we send them back to you.

Uplift Agent Referral Fees

As a bonus, we will also send you a referral fee to show our appreciation for you and the opportunities you present to us.

We can only pay referral fees to licensed real estate professionals. If you are a salesperson and not a broker, the payment will go through your broker. These referral fees apply to 1–4 unit properties where we are able to use our standard PMA with our standard management fees. All other referrals, including large complexes, will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. All referral fees are paid after the collection of the first rent payment.
