If we have to evict a tenant based on nonpayment of rent, Uplift Property Management will pay up to $2,000 in attorney fees should an eviction occur with a tenant placed by Uplift Property Management.

*Only applies to rents of $2,500 or more, and where management services are to continue.
Leasing Guarantee
Leasing Guarantee
We guarantee that if we don’t secure a qualified tenant within 30 days, you won’t pay a leasing fee.

This guarantee goes into effect when the following conditions are met:
✔ Property meets the Uplift Property Management Move-in Standards.
✔ Property is priced within our recommended range, reflecting current market conditions.
✔ Uplift Property Management leasing process is followed, including professional marketing, tenant screening, and showings.

If these conditions are met and we don’t lease your property within 30 days, we will waive the leasing fee entirely. This is our commitment to you: a reliable renter, a faster rental process, and a risk-free leasing experience.
