At Uplift Property Management, we know that the most important thing is taking care of the clients. We can only pay referral fees to licensed real estate professionals. If you are a salesperson and not a broker, the payment will go through your broker. These referral fees apply to 1-4 unit properties where we are able to use our standard PMA with our standard management fees. All other referrals including large complexes will be negotiated on a case by case basis. All referral fees are paid after the collection of the first rent payment.
