If we have to evict a tenant based on nonpayment of rent, Uplift Property Management will pay up to $1,500 in attorney fees should an eviction occur with a tenant placed by Uplift. 
*Only applies to rents of $2,500 or more, and where management services are to continue.

Leasing Guarantee
We guarantee that if we don’t secure a qualified tenant within 30 days of meeting Uplift Move-in Standards, you won’t pay a leasing fee.
