Uplift Returns Your Clients

At Uplift Property Management, we understand that referring your client to a property management company can be stressful. The most important thing is taking care of clients. When you refer one of your clients to us, you will not have to worry about anything on the property management side of things. We respect all of our industry partners and the relationships created.

We also know that owners may decide to sell their property at some point.

If your client decides to sell their property, we send them back to you.

Uplift Agent Referral Fees

As a bonus, we will also send you a referral fee to show our appreciation for you and the opportunities you present to us.

We can only pay referral fees to licensed real estate professionals. If you are a salesperson and not a broker, the payment will go through your broker. These referral fees apply to 1-4 unit properties where we are able to use our standard PMA with our standard management fees. All other referrals including large complexes will be negotiated on a case by case basis. All referral fees are paid after the collection of the first rent payment. OUR CLIENT GUARANTEES

Eviction Free Guarantee

If we have to evict a tenant based on nonpayment of rent, Uplift Property Management will pay up to $1,500 in attorney fees should an eviction occur with a tenant placed by Uplift.

*Only applies to rents of $2,500 or more, and where management services are to continue.

Leasing Guarantee

We guarantee that if we don’t secure a qualified tenant within 30 days of meeting Uplift Move-in Standards, you won’t pay a leasing fee.

No Hidden Fee Guarantee

Uplift Property Management is committed to not hiding any sort of revenue we make. We will never charge extra for our existing services. No maintenance fees or markups, no annual accounting fees, no hidden fees to our clients!
